Rena Riffel was born in Inglewood, California in 1969 and from an early age she was immersed in creative activities. At the age of 11 she landed her first part at the Paso Robles Playhouse. At the age of 15 she began taking professional acting classes and commercial acting classes. She was committed to a career in entertainment and landing a scholarship at the Rodunsky School of Dance was a good place to get a foot in the door.
