Loridawn Messuri comes from Portland, Oregon. She started off as a sports person before moving on into the movie industry. Her sports life started on track, jumping hurdles but she quickly moved to Hollywood doing all the stunts for other actresses. Her looks and exceptional performances as well as a pure chance/luck or a coincidence got her into her first movie when a director needed someone to fill in a spot for the scene.
At the same time, she also stared in movies playing credible roles, with majority of them being the leading parts. Beauty and the brains completed her studies from San Jose State Uni and went off to LA to find her happiness. Her first role was in Madam Savant ('97) with another 2 movies she made that year, before starting in close to 20 other productions. She was in Party of Five, Jack and Jill and The Bold and The Beautiful.
The last movie she made was Nothing is Private ('07). She appeared in Femme Fatale in '00 and '01 and also gave them an exclusive interview. Her preference is to work with independent movie makers rather than blockbusters as it gives her much more needed freedom. In finding out why was it that acting caught her eye, she advised that working a mainstream job and being tied to a chair is not really for her, even though she actually has a degree in Business Admin.
Apart from being in front of the camera LoriDawn also appeared on stage in 3 productions. This super woman does stunts, plays softball and rollerblades and loves the extreme adrenalin rush of white water rafting. She is also very good with firearms. This talented performer also released a book . Loridawn Messuri is also sometimes know as just LoriDawn or Loridawn.
