Karine Gambier was a French pornographic actress who worked primarily in Europe for a period of just over ten years (1975 to 1986). Her unbridled eroticism, plantinum blonde hair and fleshy good looks made her a minor sensation for a time. Karine is perhaps best known for her work in the films of Jess Franco from that period.
Some notable films that she starred in are Franco's "Die Teuflischen Schwestern" (aka Sexy Sisters; 1976), in which actress plays a woman held as a sexual slave by her older, dominate sister; Max Pecas' wonderful "Luxure" (aka Sweet Taste of Honey; also 1976); "Delires Porno" (1977); Franco's "Der Ruf der Blonden Gottin" (aka Voodoo Passion, Porno Shock; also 1977); Franco's "Cocktail Special" (1978) and Erwin C. Dietrich's "Gefangene Frauen" (aka Island Women; 1980), where she plays the sadistic warden of a women's prison.
